NIBBLEFY respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit nibblefy.com, contact us or use our services. Our Cookie Policy provides additional details about cookies, browser storage, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and your privacy choices.

Nibi local assistant
Nibi is an optional website assistant that answers questions using approved NIBBLEFY website content. Message text and the temporary conversation are processed locally in your browser. Nibi does not send conversation text to NIBBLEFY servers, ChatGPT, OpenAI or another artificial intelligence provider, and the conversation is cleared when you reload or leave the page.
Please do not enter passwords, payment information, government identifiers, health information, confidential business information or other sensitive personal information into Nibi. If you choose a contact, email, support or booking action, you leave the local assistant flow and information is transmitted only when you use the selected contact channel or submit the destination form.
Strategy-call actions open Zoho Bookings only after you select the booking option. Zoho may process the information you provide on its website under its own Privacy Policy.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical records required to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security events.
If you allow Analytics through our privacy choices, Google Analytics 4 may collect information about pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser details, traffic source, interactions and timestamps. Analytics is disabled by default and the GA4 script is not loaded unless consent is granted.
If you separately allow Session insights, Microsoft Clarity may process page URLs, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, device and browser details, approximate location, timestamps and privacy-masked page or session content to create recordings, heatmaps and usability analytics. Clarity is disabled by default and its script is not loaded unless that choice is granted.
When you use the contact form, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (score-based v3) processes technical, device, browser, network and interaction signals to assess automated abuse. Our server receives the resulting action, score, hostname and verification status before deciding whether to accept the message.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and service requests
- Communicate about a potential or existing business relationship
- Provide and improve our services
- Operate, maintain and secure the website
- Understand website usage when Analytics has been allowed
- Identify usability and navigation problems when Session insights has been allowed
- Meet applicable legal, accounting and regulatory requirements
NIBBLEFY does not sell or rent personal information.
5. Cookies, consent and similar technologies
Essential technologies support website operation and remember your privacy selection. Optional Analytics and Session insights are off by default and can be controlled separately. You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time using . Choices are stored for up to six months unless the consent structure changes materially.
Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection as described in our Cookie Policy, but it does not delete information that may already have been processed before withdrawal.
6. Service providers
Providers that may process information in connection with this website include:
- Google Analytics 4: optional website measurement, only after Analytics consent
- Google reCAPTCHA: essential contact-form abuse and spam prevention
- Microsoft Clarity: optional privacy-masked session recordings, heatmaps and usability analytics, only after Session insights consent
- Google Fonts: externally hosted typeface resources used to present the site
- IONOS: authenticated delivery of contact-form inquiries from the website
- Zoho Bookings: external strategy-call scheduling, opened only after a visitor selects a booking action
- Website hosting provider: infrastructure, logs and website security
We do not currently install Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising UET, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or advertising remarketing tags on this site. If providers change, the consent interface and policies should be updated before or at the same time as implementation.
7. Disclosure of information
We may disclose information:
- To providers that support our website and business operations
- When required by law, legal process or a competent authority
- To protect rights, security, users or the integrity of our services
- In connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards
8. International processing

Microsoft states that Clarity playback data is generally retained for 30 days, while click data, heatmaps and selected saved sessions may be retained for up to 9 months. Nibi conversation text is not stored by NIBBLEFY and is cleared from the browser when the page is reloaded or left.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be able to:

- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
